Tender results, including technical bid evaluation and financial bid opening, are published on HPTenders against the original tender or NIT number.

Manual tenders require physical submission of bid documents to the issuing office, while e-tenders are submitted entirely online through HPTenders using a registered Digital Signature Certificate.

Match your department registration class, category, and financial turnover against the tender's published eligibility criteria, or run the document through Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check for an instant, clause-cited compliance match.

Do HP Panchayat and municipal tenders appear on HPTenders too?

Yes — most Panchayat and municipal body tenders in Himachal Pradesh are published on HPTenders under their respective department codes, alongside state tenders.

Q: Are Micro and Small Enterprises exempt from EMD on HP tenders?

Himachal Pradesh Government Tenders: HPTenders Portal Search & Eligibility Guide

Himachal Pradesh government tenders are published on HPTenders (hptenders.gov.in), the state's official e-procurement portal, alongside department-specific listings from HP PWD, IPH (Irrigation & Public Health), and HPSEBL (power). Every tender Bidzen surfaces is pre-analyzed for eligibility, risk, and go/no-go fit — cited back to the exact clause it came from.

Search Live Himachal Pradesh Tenders

Live Himachal Pradesh tenders can be searched directly on Bidzen or on HPTenders itself. Every result on Bidzen comes pre-tagged with eligibility, risk, and go/no-go status.

Not sure you qualify for an HP tender you're evaluating? Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check confirms in seconds — every match cited back to the exact clause in the tender document.

How Himachal Pradesh Tenders Work

HPTenders is the state's central e-procurement portal, but PWD, IPH, and HPSEBL also publish tenders through it under their own department codes. Central tenders located in HP (CPWD, BRO, and hydropower/hill-infrastructure PSU works given the state's terrain) run through separate central or PSU-specific portals, not HPTenders.

MSME (Udyam) Preference in Himachal Pradesh Tenders

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with valid Udyam registration are exempt from paying EMD on most HP government tenders under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012. Departments must also source at least 25% of annual procurement from MSEs, with sub-targets of 4% for SC/ST-owned and 3% for women-owned enterprises. The Udyam certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.
