Amit has an impressive career spanning over two decades in human resources, working with global conglomerates like General Electric (GE), Alstom, and Areva. He is highly regarded as a meticulous planner and strategist known for his ability to build high-performing teams across various functions, verticals, and geographical locations. Amit has successfully led change management and transformation efforts in complex business and economic environments.

Prashant is a highly versatile professional currently pursuing a Doctorate in Law. He holds a Master's degree in Science, Technology, and Law from Symbiosis Pune, which provides him with a unique blend of expertise. Prashant's legal career commenced at the esteemed law firm Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co., where he refined his skills. He then ventured into civil litigation, IPR and MACT matters at the Delhi High Court for a year. In 2015, Prashant assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer and Partner at a healthcare organization, specializing in securing government tenders for healthcare devices and surgical consumables. Since 2019, he has been involved in consulting, assisting companies in the registration and compliance process of the Central Drug State Control Organization for medical device registration. Prashant's exceptional capabilities led him to co-found GemTech, where he currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing business operations and ensuring overall legal compliance with the rules pertaining to public procurement.
Co-Founder & CSMO
Bhavuk, an alumnus of India's second-ranked BCA program at GGSIPU, began his professional journey as an Associate Analyst at Deloitte, where he gained valuable exposure to global organizations, business processes, and data-driven decision-making. In June 2022, Bhavuk transitioned to GeMTech PARAS as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO). In this role, he has been instrumental in driving the company's sales and go-to-market strategy, strengthening customer acquisition, and building scalable marketing frameworks for the public procurement ecosystem. By aligning customer insights with technology-led solutions, Bhavuk has played a key role in enhancing client success, simplifying participation in government tenders, and improving overall business outcomes.

Naman Rungta, with a B.Tech and M.S. from UT Austin, has led global enterprise projects at ISITCA Pvt. Ltd. He brings expertise in tech strategy, scalable architectures, and AI-driven solutions, blending engineering and business vision to drive digital transformation.
