Himachal Pradesh government tenders are published on HPTenders (hptenders.gov.in), the state's official e-procurement portal, alongside department-specific listings from HP PWD, IPH (Irrigation & Public Health), and HPSEBL (power). Every tender Bidzen surfaces is pre-analyzed for eligibility, risk, and go/no-go fit — cited back to the exact clause it came from.
Live Himachal Pradesh tenders can be searched directly on Bidzen or on HPTenders itself. Every result on Bidzen comes pre-tagged with eligibility, risk, and go/no-go status.
Not sure you qualify for an HP tender you're evaluating? Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check confirms in seconds — every match cited back to the exact clause in the tender document.
HPTenders is the state's central e-procurement portal, but PWD, IPH, and HPSEBL also publish tenders through it under their own department codes. Central tenders located in HP (CPWD, BRO, and hydropower/hill-infrastructure PSU works given the state's terrain) run through separate central or PSU-specific portals, not HPTenders.
Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with valid Udyam registration are exempt from paying EMD on most HP government tenders under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012. Departments must also source at least 25% of annual procurement from MSEs, with sub-targets of 4% for SC/ST-owned and 3% for women-owned enterprises. The Udyam certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.
Find the tender — search live HP tenders on Bidzen, or check HPTenders directly by department or NIT number.
Read the tender notice in full — note the EMD amount, completion period, and registration class/category required.
Confirm eligibility — match your department registration class and turnover against the tender's minimum criteria.
Prepare the technical bid — registration certificate, experience certificates, EMD proof, and any additional documents the notice specifies.
Prepare the financial bid (BOQ) — priced bill of quantities in the tender's required format.
Submit through HPTenders before the deadline, using your registered Digital Signature Certificate.
Bidzen's AI Risk Analysis flags exactly this kind of technical rejection risk before you submit — every flagged clause links straight to the page it came from.
From discovery to Go/No-Go, Bidzen reads every tender the moment it lands and tells you whether it is worth your team's time.
All active Himachal Pradesh tenders from GeM, CPPP and e-procurement portals are indexed daily and searchable by keyword, value and location.
