1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bidzen.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bidzen.ai. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. User Obligations
As a user of Bidzen.ai, you agree to the following conditions:

- check_circle You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- check_circle You will not use the Service for any illegal purposes or to conduct any unauthorized competitive intelligence gathering.
- check_circle You agree not to bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass any security measures implemented to protect the Service.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the AI bidding algorithms, proprietary data analysis models, and interface design) are and will remain the exclusive property of Bidzen.ai and its licensors.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bidzen.ai. Users retain all rights to the specific tender documents and proprietary data they upload, though Bidzen.ai is granted a limited license to process this data to deliver the requested intelligence.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bidzen.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Bidzen.ai provides decision-support intelligence. The final decision to bid or not to bid remains the sole responsibility of the user. We do not guarantee the success of any bid analyzed through our platform.
