What's the difference between manual and e-tenders in Rajasthan?

Manual tenders require physical submission of bid documents to the issuing office, while e-tenders are submitted entirely online through eProc Rajasthan using a registered Digital Signature Certificate.

Rajasthan Tenders 2026: eProc Portal Search & Eligibility Guide

Q: How do I find RUIDP (urban infrastructure) tenders specifically?

RUIDP tenders are published on eProc Rajasthan under its own department code, and can also be searched on Bidzen by department name.

Q: Are Micro and Small Enterprises exempt from EMD on Rajasthan tenders?

Yes — Udyam-registered Micro and Small Enterprises are exempt from paying EMD under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012, provided the Udyam certificate is submitted with the technical bid.

Rajasthan Government Tenders: eProc Portal Search & Eligibility Guide

Rajasthan government tenders are published on the State Public Procurement Portal, commonly searched as "eProc Rajasthan" (eproc.rajasthan.gov.in), alongside department-specific listings from Rajasthan PWD, PHED (Jal Shakti), RUIDP (urban infrastructure), and RVUN/Discoms. Every tender Bidzen surfaces is pre-analyzed for eligibility, risk, and go/no-go fit — cited back to the exact clause it came from.

Search Live Rajasthan Tenders

Live Rajasthan tenders can be searched directly on Bidzen or on eProc Rajasthan itself. Every result on Bidzen comes pre-tagged with eligibility, risk, and go/no-go status.

Not sure you qualify for a Rajasthan tender you're evaluating? Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check confirms in seconds — every match cited back to the exact clause in the tender document.

How Rajasthan Tenders Work

eProc Rajasthan is the state's central e-procurement portal, but PWD, PHED (water/Jal Shakti), RUIDP, and power distribution companies also publish tenders through it under their own department codes. Central tenders located in Rajasthan (CPWD, NHAI, Railway works) run through separate central portals, not eProc — a common source of confusion when searching just "Rajasthan tenders."

MSME (Udyam) Preference in Rajasthan Tenders

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with valid Udyam registration are exempt from paying EMD on most Rajasthan government tenders under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012. Departments must also source at least 25% of annual procurement from MSEs, with sub-targets of 4% for SC/ST-owned and 3% for women-owned enterprises. The Udyam certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.
