Why Indian Army Tenders Get Rejected at the Technical Stage

These are the most common rejection reasons bidding teams run into — all avoidable when the tender is read properly before you commit.

📄

Documentation Errors

Missing certificates, expired registrations or wrong formats are the top reason Indian Army bids are rejected before evaluation even starts.

🎯

Eligibility Missed

Turnover, similar-work and experience thresholds buried across tender volumes are misread, and estimating hours go into bids the company could never win.

⏳

Corrigenda & Deadlines

Dates, EMD terms and specifications change through corrigenda. Bids built on the original notice miss the revised requirements.
