Uttarakhand Tenders 2026: UKTenders Portal & Eligibility Guide

UPCL tenders are published on UKTenders under its own department code, and can also be searched on Bidzen by department name.

Q: Are Micro and Small Enterprises exempt from EMD on Uttarakhand tenders?

Uttarakhand Government Tenders: UKTenders Portal Search & Eligibility Guide

Uttarakhand government tenders are published on UKTenders (uktenders.gov.in), the state's official e-procurement portal, alongside department-specific listings from Uttarakhand PWD, Jal Sansthan (water), and UPCL (power). Every tender Bidzen surfaces is pre-analyzed for eligibility, risk, and go/no-go fit — cited back to the exact clause it came from.

Search Live Uttarakhand Tenders

Live Uttarakhand tenders can be searched directly on Bidzen or on UKTenders itself. Every result on Bidzen comes pre-tagged with eligibility, risk, and go/no-go status.

Not sure you qualify for an Uttarakhand tender you're evaluating? Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check confirms in seconds — every match cited back to the exact clause in the tender document.

How Uttarakhand Tenders Work

UKTenders is the state's central e-procurement portal, but PWD, Jal Sansthan, and UPCL also publish tenders through it under their own department codes. Central tenders located in Uttarakhand (CPWD, BRO, and defence/hill-infrastructure-related works given the state's border terrain) run through separate central portals, not UKTenders.

MSME (Udyam) Preference in Uttarakhand Tenders

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with valid Udyam registration are exempt from paying EMD on most Uttarakhand government tenders under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012. Departments must also source at least 25% of annual procurement from MSEs, with sub-targets of 4% for SC/ST-owned and 3% for women-owned enterprises. The Udyam certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.
