Where can I check the result or status of a Rajasthan tender I've bid on?

Tender results, including technical bid evaluation and financial bid opening, are published on eProc Rajasthan against the original tender or NIT number.

What's the difference between manual and e-tenders in Rajasthan?

Manual tenders require physical submission of bid documents to the issuing office, while e-tenders are submitted entirely online through eProc Rajasthan using a registered Digital Signature Certificate.

Yes — Bidzen's AI Go/No-Go Decision scores a tender against your eligibility, past win history, and the resources required, with every input clause-cited back to the source document.

How can I check if I'm eligible for a specific Rajasthan tender before bidding?

Match your department registration class, category, and financial turnover against the tender's published eligibility criteria, or run the document through Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check for an instant, clause-cited compliance match.

Do Zilla Parishad and Panchayati Raj tenders appear on eProc Rajasthan too?

Yes — most Zilla Parishad and Panchayati Raj tenders in Rajasthan are published on eProc under the Rural Development department code, alongside state tenders.

Q: How do I find RUIDP (urban infrastructure) tenders specifically?

RUIDP tenders are published on eProc Rajasthan under its own department code, and can also be searched on Bidzen by department name.

Q: Are Micro and Small Enterprises exempt from EMD on Rajasthan tenders?

Yes — Udyam-registered Micro and Small Enterprises are exempt from paying EMD under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012, provided the Udyam certificate is submitted with the technical bid.

Rajasthan government tenders are published on the State Public Procurement Portal, commonly searched as "eProc Rajasthan" (eproc.rajasthan.gov.in), alongside department-specific listings from Rajasthan PWD, PHED (Jal Shakti), RUIDP (urban infrastructure), and RVUN/Discoms. Every tender Bidzen surfaces is pre-analyzed for eligibility, risk, and go/no-go fit — cited back to the exact clause it came from.

State Guide

How Rajasthan Tenders Work

eProc Rajasthan is the state's central e-procurement portal, but PWD, PHED (water/Jal Shakti), RUIDP, and power distribution companies also publish tenders through it under their own department codes. Central tenders located in Rajasthan (CPWD, NHAI, Railway works) run through separate central portals, not eProc — a common source of confusion when searching just "Rajasthan tenders."

MSME (Udyam) Preference in Rajasthan Tenders

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with valid Udyam registration are exempt from paying EMD on most Rajasthan government tenders under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012. Departments must also source at least 25% of annual procurement from MSEs, with sub-targets of 4% for SC/ST-owned and 3% for women-owned enterprises. The Udyam certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.
