Where can I check the result or status of a Punjab tender I've bid on?

Tender results, including technical bid evaluation and financial bid opening, are published on eProc Punjab against the original tender or NIT number.

What's the difference between manual and e-tenders in Punjab?

Manual tenders require physical submission of bid documents to the issuing office, while e-tenders are submitted entirely online through eProc Punjab using a registered Digital Signature Certificate.

Can AI tell me whether I should bid on a Punjab tender or skip it?

Yes — Bidzen's AI Go/No-Go Decision scores a tender against your eligibility, past win history, and the resources required, with every input clause-cited back to the source document.

How can I check if I'm eligible for a specific Punjab tender before bidding?

Match your department registration class, category, and financial turnover against the tender's published eligibility criteria, or run the document through Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check for an instant, clause-cited compliance match.

Do Punjab municipal corporation and Panchayat tenders appear on eProc Punjab too?

Yes — most municipal corporation and Panchayat tenders in Punjab are published on eProc Punjab under their respective department codes, alongside state tenders.

Punjab Tenders 2026: eProc Punjab Portal & Eligibility Guide

Q: How do I find PSPCL (power) tenders specifically?

PSPCL tenders are published on eProc Punjab under its own department code, and can also be searched on Bidzen by department name.

Q: Are Micro and Small Enterprises exempt from EMD on Punjab tenders?

Yes — Udyam-registered Micro and Small Enterprises are exempt from paying EMD under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012, provided the Udyam certificate is submitted with the technical bid.

Punjab Government Tenders: eProc Punjab Portal Search & Eligibility Guide

Punjab government tenders are published on eProc Punjab (eproc.punjab.gov.in), the state's official e-procurement portal, alongside department-specific listings from Punjab PWD (B&R), PSPCL (power), and the Water Supply & Sanitation Department. Every tender Bidzen surfaces is pre-analyzed for eligibility, risk, and go/no-go fit — cited back to the exact clause it came from.

Search Live Punjab Tenders

Live Punjab tenders can be searched directly on Bidzen or on eProc Punjab itself. Every result on Bidzen comes pre-tagged with eligibility, risk, and go/no-go status.

Not sure you qualify for a Punjab tender you're evaluating? Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check confirms in seconds — every match cited back to the exact clause in the tender document.

How Punjab Tenders Work

eProc Punjab is the state's central e-procurement portal, but PWD (B&R), PSPCL, and the Water Supply & Sanitation Department also publish tenders through it under their own department codes. Central tenders located in Punjab (CPWD, NHAI, Railway works) run through separate central portals, not eProc Punjab.

MSME (Udyam) Preference in Punjab Tenders

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with valid Udyam registration are exempt from paying EMD on most Punjab government tenders under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012. Departments must also source at least 25% of annual procurement from MSEs, with sub-targets of 4% for SC/ST-owned and 3% for women-owned enterprises. The Udyam certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.

Punjab Tender Process — Step by Step

Find the tender — search live Punjab tenders on Bidzen, or check eProc Punjab directly by department or NIT number.

Read the tender notice in full — note the EMD amount, completion period, and registration class/category required.

Confirm eligibility — match your department registration class and turnover against the tender's minimum criteria.

Prepare the technical bid — registration certificate, experience certificates, EMD proof, and any additional documents the notice specifies.

Prepare the financial bid (BOQ) — priced bill of quantities in the tender's required format.

Submit through eProc Punjab before the deadline, using your registered Digital Signature Certificate.
