Where can I check the result or status of a Kerala tender I've bid on?

Tender results, including technical bid evaluation and financial bid opening, are published on the Kerala e-procurement portal against the original tender or NIT number.

What's the difference between manual and e-tenders in Kerala?

Manual tenders require physical submission of bid documents to the issuing office, while e-tenders are submitted entirely online through the state portal using a registered Digital Signature Certificate.

Can AI tell me whether I should bid on a Kerala tender or skip it?

Yes — Bidzen's AI Go/No-Go Decision scores a tender against your eligibility, past win history, and the resources required, with every input clause-cited back to the source document.

How can I check if I'm eligible for a specific Kerala tender before bidding?

Match your department registration class, category, and financial turnover against the tender's published eligibility criteria, or run the document through Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check for an instant, clause-cited compliance match.

Do Kerala Panchayat and municipal corporation tenders appear on the state portal too?

Yes — most Panchayat and municipal corporation tenders in Kerala are published on the state e-procurement portal under their respective department codes, alongside state tenders.

Q: How do I find KSEB (power) tenders specifically?

Q: Are Micro and Small Enterprises exempt from EMD on Kerala tenders?

Kerala Government Tenders: e-Procurement Portal Search & Eligibility Guide

Kerala government tenders are published on the state's e-procurement portal (etenders.kerala.gov.in), alongside department-specific listings from Kerala PWD, KWA (Water Authority), and KSEB (power). Every tender Bidzen surfaces is pre-analyzed for eligibility, risk, and go/no-go fit — cited back to the exact clause it came from.

Search Live Kerala Tenders

Live Kerala tenders can be searched directly on Bidzen or on the state e-procurement portal itself. Every result on Bidzen comes pre-tagged with eligibility, risk, and go/no-go status.

Not sure you qualify for a Kerala tender you're evaluating? Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check confirms in seconds — every match cited back to the exact clause in the tender document.

How Kerala Tenders Work

The Kerala e-procurement portal is the state's central e-procurement system, but PWD, KWA, and KSEB also publish tenders through it under their own department codes. Central tenders located in Kerala (CPWD, port-authority, and Cochin Shipyard/PSU works given Kerala's coastline) run through separate central or PSU-specific portals, not the state system.

MSME (Udyam) Preference in Kerala Tenders

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with valid Udyam registration are exempt from paying EMD on most Kerala government tenders under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012. Departments must also source at least 25% of annual procurement from MSEs, with sub-targets of 4% for SC/ST-owned and 3% for women-owned enterprises. The Udyam certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.
