Tender results, including technical bid evaluation and financial bid opening, are published on the state portal against the original tender or NIT number.

Manual tenders require physical submission of bid documents to the issuing office, while e-tenders are submitted entirely online using a registered Digital Signature Certificate.

Yes — Bidzen's AI Go/No-Go Decision scores a tender against your eligibility, past win history, and the resources required, with every input clause-cited back to the source document.

Q: Are Micro and Small Enterprises exempt from EMD on Jharkhand tenders?

Jharkhand Government Tenders: e-Tender Portal Search & Eligibility Guide

Jharkhand government tenders are published on the state's e-procurement portal (jharkhandtenders.gov.in), alongside department-specific listings from Jharkhand PWD (Road Construction Department), PHED, and JBVNL (power). Every tender Bidzen surfaces is pre-analyzed for eligibility, risk, and go/no-go fit — cited back to the exact clause it came from.

How Jharkhand Tenders Work

The Jharkhand state e-tender portal is the central e-procurement system, but the Road Construction Department, PHED, and JBVNL also publish tenders through it under their own department codes. Jharkhand has significant mining and PSU tender volume (Coal India subsidiaries, SAIL, and others) — those run through separate central/PSU portals, not the state system, which is a key distinction for this state specifically given how much mining-sector search volume overlaps with "Jharkhand tenders."

MSME (Udyam) Preference in Jharkhand Tenders

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with valid Udyam registration are exempt from paying EMD on most Jharkhand government tenders under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012. Departments must also source at least 25% of annual procurement from MSEs, with sub-targets of 4% for SC/ST-owned and 3% for women-owned enterprises. The Udyam certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.
