Bihar government tenders are published on eProc2 Bihar (eproc2.bihar.gov.in), the state's official e-procurement portal, alongside department-specific listings from Bihar PWD (Road Construction Department), PHED, and BSPHCL (power). Every tender Bidzen surfaces is pre-analyzed for eligibility, risk, and go/no-go fit — cited back to the exact clause it came from.
Live Bihar tenders can be searched directly on Bidzen or on eProc2 Bihar itself. Every result on Bidzen comes pre-tagged with eligibility, risk, and go/no-go status.
Not sure you qualify for a Bihar tender you're evaluating? Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check confirms in seconds — every match cited back to the exact clause in the tender document.
Note: Bihar's portal is commonly searched simply as "eproc2" — a shorthand for the state's second-generation e-procurement system, distinct from the older eProc platform some contractors may still reference.
eProc2 Bihar is the state's current central e-procurement portal, but the Road Construction Department, PHED, and BSPHCL also publish tenders through it under their own department codes. Central tenders located in Bihar (CPWD, NHAI, Railway works) run through separate central portals, not eProc2 — a common point of confusion when searching just "Bihar tenders."
Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with valid Udyam registration are exempt from paying EMD on most Bihar government tenders under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012. Departments must also source at least 25% of annual procurement from MSEs, with sub-targets of 4% for SC/ST-owned and 3% for women-owned enterprises. The Udyam certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.
