Where can I check the result or status of an Assam tender I've bid on?

Tender results, including technical bid evaluation and financial bid opening, are published on AssamTenders against the original tender or NIT number.

Manual tenders require physical submission of bid documents to the issuing office, while e-tenders are submitted entirely online through AssamTenders using a registered Digital Signature Certificate.

Yes — Bidzen's AI Go/No-Go Decision scores a tender against your eligibility, past win history, and the resources required, with every input clause-cited back to the source document.

Match your department registration class, category, and financial turnover against the tender's published eligibility criteria, or run the document through Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check for an instant, clause-cited compliance match.

Do Assam Panchayat and municipal tenders appear on AssamTenders too?

Yes — most Panchayat and municipal body tenders in Assam are published on AssamTenders under their respective department codes, alongside state tenders.

Assam Tenders 2026: AssamTenders Portal & Eligibility Guide

Q: How do I find APDCL (power) tenders specifically?

APDCL tenders are published on AssamTenders under its own department code, and can also be searched on Bidzen by department name.

Q: Are Micro and Small Enterprises exempt from EMD on Assam tenders?

Yes — Udyam-registered Micro and Small Enterprises are exempt from paying EMD under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012, provided the Udyam certificate is submitted with the technical bid.

Assam Government Tenders: AssamTenders Portal Search & Eligibility Guide

Assam government tenders are published on AssamTenders (assamtenders.gov.in), the state's official e-procurement portal, alongside department-specific listings from Assam PWD, PHE, and APDCL (power). Every tender Bidzen surfaces is pre-analyzed for eligibility, risk, and go/no-go fit — cited back to the exact clause it came from.

Search Live Assam Tenders

Live Assam tenders can be searched directly on Bidzen or on AssamTenders itself. Every result on Bidzen comes pre-tagged with eligibility, risk, and go/no-go status.

Not sure you qualify for an Assam tender you're evaluating? Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check confirms in seconds — every match cited back to the exact clause in the tender document.

How Assam Tenders Work

AssamTenders is the state's central e-procurement portal, but PWD, PHE, and APDCL also publish tenders through it under their own department codes. Central tenders located in Assam (CPWD, NHAI, Railway, and oil/gas PSU works — Assam has notable ONGC and Oil India tender volume) run through separate central or PSU-specific portals, not AssamTenders.

MSME (Udyam) Preference in Assam Tenders

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with valid Udyam registration are exempt from paying EMD on most Assam government tenders under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012. Departments must also source at least 25% of annual procurement from MSEs, with sub-targets of 4% for SC/ST-owned and 3% for women-owned enterprises. The Udyam certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.

Assam Tender Process — Step by Step

Find the tender — search live Assam tenders on Bidzen, or check AssamTenders directly by department or NIT number.

Read the tender notice in full — note the EMD amount, completion period, and registration class/category required.

Confirm eligibility — match your department registration class and turnover against the tender's minimum criteria.

Prepare the technical bid — registration certificate, experience certificates, EMD proof, and any additional documents the notice specifies.

Prepare the financial bid (BOQ) — priced bill of quantities in the tender's required format.

Submit through AssamTenders before the deadline, using your registered Digital Signature Certificate.
