Where can I check the result or status of an AP tender I've bid on?

Tender results, including technical bid evaluation and financial bid opening, are published on APTenders against the original tender or NIT number.

What's the difference between manual and e-tenders in Andhra Pradesh?

Manual tenders require physical submission of bid documents to the issuing office, while e-tenders are submitted entirely online through APTenders using a registered Digital Signature Certificate.

Can AI tell me whether I should bid on an Andhra Pradesh tender or skip it?

Yes — Bidzen's AI Go/No-Go Decision scores a tender against your eligibility, past win history, and the resources required, with every input clause-cited back to the source document.

How can I check if I'm eligible for a specific AP tender before bidding?

Match your department registration class, category, and financial turnover against the tender's published eligibility criteria, or run the document through Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check for an instant, clause-cited compliance match.

Do AP municipal corporation and Panchayat tenders appear on APTenders too?

Yes — most municipal corporation and Panchayat tenders in Andhra Pradesh are published on APTenders under their respective department codes, alongside state tenders.

Andhra Pradesh Tenders 2026: APTenders Portal & Eligibility Guide

Q: How do I find APSPDCL/APEPDCL (power) tenders specifically?

These discom tenders are published on APTenders under their own department codes, and can also be searched on Bidzen by department name.

Q: Are Micro and Small Enterprises exempt from EMD on Andhra Pradesh tenders?

Yes — Udyam-registered Micro and Small Enterprises are exempt from paying EMD under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012, provided the Udyam certificate is submitted with the technical bid.

Andhra Pradesh Government Tenders: APTenders Portal Search & Eligibility Guide

Andhra Pradesh government tenders are published on APTenders (tender.apeprocurement.gov.in), the state's official e-procurement portal, alongside department-specific listings from AP R&B (Roads & Buildings), PHED, and APSPDCL/APEPDCL (power). Every tender Bidzen surfaces is pre-analyzed for eligibility, risk, and go/no-go fit — cited back to the exact clause it came from.

Search Live Andhra Pradesh Tenders

Live Andhra Pradesh tenders can be searched directly on Bidzen or on APTenders itself. Every result on Bidzen comes pre-tagged with eligibility, risk, and go/no-go status.

Not sure you qualify for an Andhra Pradesh tender you're evaluating? Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check confirms in seconds — every match cited back to the exact clause in the tender document.

How Andhra Pradesh Tenders Work

APTenders is the state's central e-procurement portal, but R&B, PHED, and the power distribution companies (APSPDCL/APEPDCL) also publish tenders through it under their own department codes. Central tenders located in Andhra Pradesh (CPWD, NHAI, and port/PSU-sector works given the state's coastline) run through separate central or PSU-specific portals, not APTenders.

MSME (Udyam) Preference in Andhra Pradesh Tenders

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with valid Udyam registration are exempt from paying EMD on most Andhra Pradesh government tenders under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012. Departments must also source at least 25% of annual procurement from MSEs, with sub-targets of 4% for SC/ST-owned and 3% for women-owned enterprises. The Udyam certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.

Andhra Pradesh Tender Process — Step by Step

Find the tender — search live AP tenders on Bidzen, or check APTenders directly by department or NIT number.

Read the tender notice in full — note the EMD amount, completion period, and registration class/category required.

Confirm eligibility — match your department registration class and turnover against the tender's minimum criteria.

Prepare the technical bid — registration certificate, experience certificates, EMD proof, and any additional documents the notice specifies.

Prepare the financial bid (BOQ) — priced bill of quantities in the tender's required format.

Submit through APTenders before the deadline, using your registered Digital Signature Certificate.
