Andhra Pradesh Government Tenders: APTenders Portal Search & Eligibility Guide

Andhra Pradesh government tenders are published on APTenders (tender.apeprocurement.gov.in), the state's official e-procurement portal, alongside department-specific listings from AP R&B (Roads & Buildings), PHED, and APSPDCL/APEPDCL (power). Every tender Bidzen surfaces is pre-analyzed for eligibility, risk, and go/no-go fit — cited back to the exact clause it came from.

Live Andhra Pradesh tenders can be searched directly on Bidzen or on APTenders itself. Every result on Bidzen comes pre-tagged with eligibility, risk, and go/no-go status.

Not sure you qualify for an Andhra Pradesh tender you're evaluating? Bidzen's AI Eligibility Check confirms in seconds — every match cited back to the exact clause in the tender document.

How Andhra Pradesh Tenders Work

APTenders is the state's central e-procurement portal, but R&B, PHED, and the power distribution companies (APSPDCL/APEPDCL) also publish tenders through it under their own department codes. Central tenders located in Andhra Pradesh (CPWD, NHAI, and port/PSU-sector works given the state's coastline) run through separate central or PSU-specific portals, not APTenders.

MSME (Udyam) Preference in Andhra Pradesh Tenders

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) with valid Udyam registration are exempt from paying EMD on most Andhra Pradesh government tenders under GFR Rule 170 and the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs, 2012. Departments must also source at least 25% of annual procurement from MSEs, with sub-targets of 4% for SC/ST-owned and 3% for women-owned enterprises. The Udyam certificate must be submitted with the technical bid.
